Looking for a way to make you shadows look brighter? A white matte eyeliner pencil will help you out. Simply apply the white pencil to the upper lash line and thicken it along the lid. Then add your color on top and repeat the process on the lower lash line. Add a bit of black mascara from there (or line it with black liner as you normally would for more drama).
