Eyeliner pencils are easier to use for those who have difficulties using liquid eyeliners. They look like a regular pencil and allow applying a thinner as well as a thicker line as you would like it. It can be used on the upper lid only, but also on the lower. Color can be different – from classic black and brown to bold green, blue, violet.

Gel liners are often in small pots and they have versatile variations of applying. It is easy and very simple and you have the choice to use thin liner brush to achieve a precise line, or you can also do a soft line using a smudged brush – it all depends on you.
