Matte Black Nail Art Tutorial: In today’s nail art video I share a matte nails design using needle and dotting tool.

First of all apply base coat to protect your natural nails from hard discoloration and to give the manicure fixed base.

Then we have to do only one nail at the same time because needed wet nail polish.

Paint your nail black then quickly put colorful dots alongside over the nail by using dotting tool – I use baby pink, pink, greenish blue and yellow..

Then pull a needle through the dots and we get heart-like pattern… Let it dry.

Finally apply matte top coat.

That’s it! We’re done.
