Drugstore makeup has a special place in my makeup-mental heart. After all, it’s the first makeup that most of us are able to get our hands on. I remember me and my friend picking out CoverGirl eye shadows that we would share—frosty silver, shimmery pink, lilac.
And let’s not forget Bonne Bell! Can I get a what what for Dr. Pepper lip balm? Nostalgia aside, there are some really great gems to be found in the aisles of your local Walgreen’s or Target.
